precision 6031re on sr20det black top

would the 6031re 59mm/57mm turbine 76trim would work well
turbo is 6031re with t4 .58 ar hotside housing rated at 590hp
should i change hotside to t3 .69 ar
im trying to reach 450 to 500 hp, i would like to know if it will be very laggy. read that its close to a gt30r on spool time.

current setup s15 turbo and s15 injector
3 inch exhaust
walbro
fmic
nistune pushing 15psi

any advise would be appreciated

I don't know much about precision turbo's, but what sort of spool time are you ok with? I have a GT3071R Twin Scroll, and you hit full boost around 3800-4000 RPM. For auto-x it's too laggy, but for hillclimb, track days, and drag racing it's fine. Sorry I couldn't give you direct info, but figured some comparison info might be a little helpful, ha ha.
