What kind of paint did you use, or what is good. I am looking for a glossy red finish. Thanks

I just used high temp engine paint from autobarn, and then i sanded off the paint from the NISSAN lettering so its silver and I would high temp clear coat it. My valve cover is now ford engine block blue. I even gots the matching blue anodized oil cap.

If people are going to flame, do it off-board. Flame posts won't last long on; not on my watch.

Rxecret7, where in Seattle are you? I'd sure like to come see whatcha got cookin in the garage.....:D

How exactly do you flame off the board? Not that I care who throws around "180SX" or "Silvia."

How do we flame off board?? Email, AIM, just some ideas...

SpeedRacer, the thing is, some people are so lazy these days that if they realize they must email an insult instead of quickly posting it, nine times out of ten, they won't bother. Either way, the numbers are in my favor. Less flame posts to delete/warn against, and few people will bother with emailing a useless insult. We get along better when we think before we speak.

RX, good luck with the project, hope to see pics/info some time soon. :D
