Personally, I bairly failed on a badly tuned engine. Im not sure if Ace lives in an emissions controlled area but he might have problems with OBDII compliance since he has an S14. Most of the people who own SR's live outside of an emissions controlled district. My friend knows someone but thats all i'll say about that, have to contact him in private about it.

You can email this guy (Errin) and see what he did to pass emissions, I think he took them since he lives in Seattle. http://northwestnissans.com/do....html

i think i am gonna be ok, im not gonna be drawing much hp from the engine and I am also gonna leave the cat on, stock 240 cat. So I will pass the sniffer test and be good to go.

I'm in Skagit county where there is no emissions. Best of luck passing. I know SpeedRacer1 almost passed and he wasn't in the best condition at the time. But you could always register in another county if you had to. ;)

get a PO box in a county like Skagit or another. Then register your car to the PO box when you get tabs.

Thats not illegal. I don't think at least. If you have the PO Box then it is legal. Again I say I think.
