Let me attest to Charles' customer service personally. I was in one of the Group Buys for a set of Sport Street coilovers, and my package got lost in the mail, (thanks, FedEx) and I contacted Charles about it, and had a resolution within 10 hours. He sent me a set of Ultra Lites at a price I won't disclose, but just know he took a loss in order to get me those coils out the door.
To say he has fantastic customer service is a grand understatement, and I am SO STOKED to have him on here as an advertiser. There aren't many companies I rant and rave for, but these guys went above and beyond.
