first off does anyone know who sells a lightened P/s pulley for SUPER HICAS? if not then would the non hicas powersteering pump fit on a hicas p/s bracket? one last thing...if i do run the non hicas p/s pump could i juss seal off the line that runs to the rear steering rack? would there be problems?

I can only answer second to the last question. Yes you can weld the third line that runs to the rear rack shut.

If you switch to the non-hicas pump then you will also need the corresponding bracket, they are different.

I don't know of anyone that makes a lightweight pulley for the Hicas pump. I don't see why a regular pulley wouldn't work though.
