powersteering leak 93 ka24de

i have a leak coming/dripping out from boot that covers rack to tie rod. the boot is broken but still attached to the rack. so im not exactly sure how to fix it.. do i need a new powersteering rack and pinion or what?..is it just a tighten something on the rack down? any is greatly appreciated. i'm really tired of buying 32oz. bottles to keep refilling the resevoir.
