I really think practice has little to do with it but thats just me. I think getting over the fear of smashing my car into a wall is something I am not sure if I will ever do. And, the real problem was, I was running too much boost, most of the time it would come on and go straight to rev limiter, which doesnt make it easy to slide gracefully. Check this video guys :

now that was about 4 months prior to the film originally posted. I had a smaller turbo then and there were no walls to hit. I have been drifting for quite awhile, and I know the difference between drift, and powerslide, hence the title of this post was not "Drifting on track"
I was actually trying to drive "grip" style but unfortunately, I had none lol. So I just had fun hanging the rear end out as much as I could.
