Power windows wont work

My power windows are not working even with new switch on my 2008 G35.

Your windows all work off a LIN communication line between the BCM and the four switches, and all four are powered through an internal circuit breaker in the BCM. Check at the master switch, you should have battery power on the Yellow wire on the smaller connector and keyed power on Sky Blue on the larger connector. If not, your BCM probably has an issue. If there's good power, check for about 10V at the Violet wire on the larger connector. That's the LIN wire, if something is crashing the LIN then nothing will operate. If there's a problem with it, try removing the sub switches one by one and see if the other windows start to operate.
