power windows to manual windows

Hey guys, im new to this site. I just got a 240 about 6 weeks ago for $600 and have been doing crazy work to it. one of the problems i ran into was that the driver side window didnt want to move. the passenger side is fine. I tried a new door..but the door that came was off a 180sx (RHD) so this gave my car 2 passenger side doors. I couldnt use the harness off the new door so i took the harness from the old bashed up door and got it back to the way it was, only use of the passenger side door. So instead of ordering the new power window switch and regulator thing, i was thinking i would just take the motor out and some how make it into crank. ? any ideas anyone?>

Why would you want to switch? Electrical is difficult and never solvable at times but don't give up. Check all fuses. Follow the electrical lines. Get a check light and follow the wires to the wire that doesnt have power. Search too- maybe someone had the same problem.

I've got the opposite problem, I want to go manual to power.. and power mirrors! and power sunroof, actually just a sunroof. No power sunroof. I loved my old one.
