If you are positive that the fuse (10A from BAT) and CB-1 (from Ign ON) are good, then it could be the harness or the connector, D9. You may have to remove the driver side door panel to access the connector. D9 has a 6-pin and a 12-pin connector. You will check the 6-pin connector. Measure the following:-Pin 1 (W/R wire) to chassis Ground = Battery Voltage (if not 10A fuse is busted or harness problem.-Pin 2 (B wire) to chassis ground = Continuity. If not, you have grounding issue.-Turn Ign ON then Pin 4 (W wire) to chassis ground=Battery Voltage. If not, CB-1 is tripped or harness problem.
You may also have problem with the switches. It's very remote that all 4 window motors-regulators will fail at the same time.
