It's probably CB-1 or the LH main front door harness connector. CB-1 gets power from the battery via a fusible link, which in turn provides power to the Power Window, Power Door Lock, Auto Seat Belt and Trunk Lid. The CB-1 is located on the driver side, behind the Fuse Box. It possible that one of the power windows has a problem (short circuit) causing the CB to trip.

If you are positive that the fuse (10A from BAT) and CB-1 (from Ign ON) are good, then it could be the harness or the connector, D9. You may have to remove the driver side door panel to access the connector. D9 has a 6-pin and a 12-pin connector. You will check the 6-pin connector. Measure the following:-Pin 1 (W/R wire) to chassis Ground = Battery Voltage (if not 10A fuse is busted or harness problem.-Pin 2 (B wire) to chassis ground = Continuity. If not, you have grounding issue.-Turn Ign ON then Pin 4 (W wire) to chassis ground=Battery Voltage. If not, CB-1 is tripped or harness problem.

You may also have problem with the switches. It's very remote that all 4 window motors-regulators will fail at the same time.

so anyone figure this problem out yet? i bought a 93 maxima yesterday. none of the windows roll up or down. if no one knows how to fix it can someone at least tell me how to get the windows to roll all the way up? driving on the highway is only fun if you like headaches.
