I need to replace the motor and regulator for the back passenger window on my '94 Infiniti J30. However, to remove them, the window needs to be push down into the door right?

I tried pushing it, even when I push the switch to roll down. The windows seems to be stuck. How do I get the window down into the door when the motor/regulator is busted?

Thanks in advance.

Try taking the door apart...and see if you can reach the two bolts that attach the regulator to the window. If you can take those two bolts off, push the window aside and continue removing the regulator and motor.

I can't seem to reach the screws. Any other method? This was the reason why I thought you need to have the windows rolled down.

Thanx. This is mostly what I'm using as a guide. The FSM isn't helpful at all.

what happens if you remove the four or five bolts that attach the regulator and motor to the door? the window should just plop down...try it and see....
