power windows, locks, turnsignals, and brakelights dont work please help!

i finished putting my rb25 in my car this weekend then i went to start the car engine runs fine just i have no power to my windows brakes lights, turn signals, and my seatbelts...i checked all of the fuses and they were good... could it be a relay?
