so my interior is getting put back together, and i went for a drive around the block and the top works perfectly fine, goes up and down, the quarter windows wont roll up, (they work cause they roll down when the top goes down) what could it be? does the harness for the doors have to be plugged in for them to roll up?could it be fuses?they worked fine before and as i took everything apart for the coupe doors.any help would be great.

I'm pretty sure the power window switches need to be plugged in for them to work. Also you might have the power window lock button pushed in. It's on the driver's side controls...this seems to happen to a member once every month or two. Hopefully that's all it is.
