Power windows and sunroof work different.

On my 2006 M35X, I replaced the battery. Now when I close the windows, I have to hold the switch instead of holding it briefly. Now the sunroof I press the button but the sunroof doesn't open or close fully. I have to keep pressing the button. Is there something I need to reset or did I blow a fuse?

look in your manual...
it shows what you need to do to relearn sunroof and windows.

what you do is...start the car...roll the windows down..then hold it down for 5 seconds and roll them up and hold it down for 5 seconds......and BAM! should work.....same should work for the sun roof...its called initializing
