power window stuck

power window went out half way down. opened door panel, anyone know how to get window up by hand to close it due to (weather)

Take the door panel off and remove the 2 bolts holding the window glass onto the regulator, make sure you hold the glass while you do this so it doesn't fall down into the door and shatter. With the bolts removed pull the window up and either secure it with tape around the door frame or rig something inside the door to hold it up.
