No much luck searching the archives on this one.

The passenger window on the 94Q is acting up. Window will go down but struggles to go up evan a little. Can't even muscle the window up with the switch on. All switches work and I think I can hear the motor running.

1. Is this likely the regulator, motor or both?2. How to distinguish one from the other?3. Is the R/R similar to the J30? - only how-to I could find at http://fuzzycats.com/docs/power_window.pdf4. Anyone have a window/reg unit for sale?

Thanks,

Don

I have replaced 2. The passenger side on my first 1994 Q, and the driver's side on my current Q. It is about $80 bucks for the vart, and about 1 hour R&R. It is almost exactly like the J30.

Get your parts from http://www.everythinginfiniti.com Ask for Joe.

Well my passenger window is working again. Turns out the aft cable had jumped the pulley and was binding on the pully cover. I am going to look for a replacement regulator in case it happens again.
