power window problems

My driver side window motor went out on my 240 recently, and it took me a while to find one.....now i have one and cant the the motor out of the door shell, i removed all of the bolts, i know this because the window and motor wiggles some but not enough for me to slide the window motor outdoes any one have any pointers, or tell me something im doing wrong

when i swapped the motor on my s14, i found it was easier to take out the motor while it was still attached to the regulator and get it all out in one piece.

The motor is attached to the regulator which is what you unbolted.
