power window problems

My driver side window motor went out on my 240 recently, and it took me a while to find one.....now i have one and cant the the motor out of the door shell, i removed all of the bolts, i know this because the window and motor wiggles some but not enough for me to slide the window motor out

does any one have any pointers, or tell me something im doing wrong

Unbolt the window completely and take the window out. I have never taken a window out of a 240 but I help my brother with his car. See if you can find any other bolts after you take the window out.

it's much easier to leave the motor attached to the regulator and take it all out together, then disconnect the motor once it's out of the door.
