Power window problem

Just installed a new stereo in my 92 coupe, but for some reason my passenger side window will not work now. The only thing i can think of is that i cut the old speaker wires in the door and ran new ones. Could the power supply to my window be affected by the wires that rans to my speakers?

check to make sure that you're p/w lock is not pushed down on the driver side control. This is the cutoff switch for the passenger side.
