power window problem

I just got back from a 1 week vacation. I went into my garage to start my G37 and nothing. Not even a beep from the remote. I had to open the door manually with that little hidden key in the remote. I poped the hood and connected a battery charger to the battery for about 1/2 hour. Finally I got enough juice to start it. I drove it a bit and it seemed fine. After I parked and shut the door, the drivers window went down on its own. It stayed up while driving, but time after time I'd turn the car off, and the window would go down by itself. The 1 touch up and down didn't work on both windows either. I dropped it at the dealer and got a loaner. The service guys weren't in on Sunday , but should hear something tomorrow. It sounds like a computer problem. Has anyone had anything similar happen to them?
