Power window problem. Please help.

I've got a 1992 nissan 240sx and am installing new door speakers. The ones that i bought are 6x5 and are larger than the factory ones so i had to remove the old ones and it's casing completely. Anyway, i cut the two speaker wires so i could connect them and for some reason my passenger side window won't go up now but the driver's side still works fine. What i'm wondering is if that has anything to do with it or not and how can i fix it. I was reading that it might be the regulator but i'm not sure what or where it is located. I checked the fuses and they are fine.

the glass might be jammed against the speakers...the window reg is the thingy attached to the window and the motor that runs the window up and down
