power window prob

my drivers side window is power and sometimes it'll work and sometimes not. anyone know how i can fix this?

try taking door panel off (or just the switch and trim part) and then make sure the wire for switch is all the way in and not loose..after that if it doesnt work..maybe the motor is going out..i have a pair if you would like them...
