POWER WINDOW motor defective

Hi,,.

my driver side power window's motor is defective, when i press up it goes down, and i repeated the same thing again and again and eventually it can goes up. so i check out the motor and its spoilt.

the reason it goes up and down its because i reckon someone told me that it has got to do with some special code. However i replace the motor with a brand new ones and the same thing happens again and spoilt my brand new motor. So my window is now hangin halfway.,

What is the posibility that might have caused this? can anyone advise on this please?>
