power window issue (video)

So I have a 92 se with power windows. The passenger window works fine from both doors. The driver side window will roll down, but not up. When you hit the switch to roll it down it just drops real fast, then when you try to roll it up the motor runs but nothing happens. Any ideas? from what I can see it looks like its hooked up exactly the same as the passenger door as far as the cables and pulleys and such.

Your gear set in the motor is stripped out. Pull the motor out ,pull the cover off the gear and you will see what i am talking about.
