power window help please

i know this may sound a little dumb but im not to good when it comes to electrical but i wanted to convert my 93 240sx manuel windows to power so i basically bought powered windows and they came with there harness but i dont know where one of the plugs go becuz there is a white and blue plug i found the one for the white becuz the manuel doors had that but i need to connect the blug plug and was told that the dash has a harness for where that should but but i am not sure since my car was manuel if it has the dash harness and if it doesnt where would be the best way i could find one or even have some one that and wire it themselves or if there is anything that i could do
