Power Window Headache

Hello fellow NICO members. Well for the past month my driver side power window stopped working and today I took it apart. The problem was that it would go down but not up unless I pulled it. The odd thing about it is that I could hear the window motor turning but it did nothing. I removed the window and window frame to check it out. When I had the frame out the wires were in the correct place and the rollers on the rail looked fine. I then tested the motor and it went up and down without any problems. After seeing this I bolted the window for a quick test and the problem occurred again, DOWN BUT NOT UP. What gives? without the glass weight it works fine. Also checked the gears and they were all fine. Hopefully the explenation is understandable.

Sounds like your motor is starting to go, not strong enough anymore to push up, and it doesnt really take any strength to go down cause its working with gravity.
