power window and sun roof

I had to pull the intake to repace some vac. lines and a sensor. put it all back together and now my power windows or my sun roof will not work. checked the fuse under the hood it is good and geting power. im not to possative how to check the power at the switch but i grounded my meter and tested for any voltage at the switch and i didnt get any. also checked the relay it is good but still no voltage also tested (i think its) the voltage amp still no power there ether. so what could i have done under the hood to stop them from working. and how should i test every thing
