That bolt location design is very awkward. A 12 point closed wrench is your best tool choice for this.
+1 If more leverage is needed, a second ring wrench can be attached to the first, by putting the ring of the second over one side of the open jaw of the first, doubling the length.

Spark plugs: I suggest switching the rear coils with the front to spread the heat wear (the rears get a lot more heat than the fronts.) Iridium are pre-gapped, and they advise not to adjust. And wad up a paper towel to place into spark plug opening to prevent anything from falling in.

Consider also replacing the PCV valve.

Did you come at it from the front left or right side. I’ve been trying from the passenger side mostly.
From the top with a goose necked closed end 12pt wrench. Not much leverage with a short wrench so I did as AlanAZ suggested to extend the leverage length.

Thanks for double wrench tip, I think I gave up on trying to remove the lower. I’m just going to reinstall new plates and locktite screws. Change spark plugs and call it a day.

I called Nissan and they gave me part number PLFR5A-11 for the spark plugs, but then when I was at autozone just now, they said iridium doesn’t gap. The ones I ordered wereNGK laser platinum plugs and he said they were not iridium and would need to be gapped. 🤷🏻‍♂️

One of the boots separated when I was pulling the 6 out, can someone tell me is this usable by snapping it back on or did something separate inside?

So I put the borescope in there again and took some
Pics. Should there be a metal plate like the power valve butterfly, deep inside there as well?

It seems not circular like the butterfly valves but can’t see why it’s there as the screws aren’t holding the plate onto anything. I’m so confused.

Those are the swirl control valves within the intake manifold. The screws are fastened onto a control rod but due to the angle of your pics, you can't see it.

Those old plugs are shot. The separated coil is no problem. Take a look inside the end of the coil pencil to be sure there is a spring floating around in there and that that it did not fall out. If it's there, just fit the coil back onto the pencil. These things occasionally separate when the coil assembly is removed but it's no big deal. Nothing broke.

I highly recommend using the *exact* plug Nissan specifies, they don't need to be bought from the dealer, just from a reputable source, I usually use RockAuto (and NOT Amazon.) Unlike the good old, pre-computerized days, close enough isn't good enough. (Same on coils when needing replacement, oem factory only.)
