power transistor unit info

I took my old power transistor unit apart, and opened it up. now I have been out of Electronics for a while, but does any know any thing about the make or connections on the 6 transistors ?

I would think that they are MOSFETs with some kind of flyback protection, but I've never seen the inside of one my self.
