Power Sterring fluid leak

While changing the oil today on my 94Q i noticed that I have fluid on the hoses around the PS reservoir on the left side of the engine. Also the HICAS light has been coming on for a while after the car is started.

Experts, Is this likely to be a split hose problem, or something different??

Very likely to be the two hoses going between the reservoir and the pump. I'd clean everything up with brake parts cleaner and then recheck it in a day - should make it easier to find without months of old fluid and grime getting in the way...
