I have disconnected the battery, for the second time, since I bought my '94 Q45. This time, it was for the MAF sensor and intake plenum cleaning.

When I re-connected the battery, I lost the radio station presets and seat/wheel/mirror presets (expected), but now, the steering wheel does not move forward, and up, when I pull out the key. The cancel button is out, and I have preset the seating positions, and they work fine.

It did this the last time, and mysteriously started working a few weeks later.

Has this happened to anyone else?

Seems to be more common on the later models... I'm not sure why, but this should work!

Sweet!

Another thread started by someone who didn't use the big red "search" button first. When will I ever learn?
