power steering tightens on turns intermittently

96 Q 140k Wife claims ps tightens and at least one time shook steering wheel on turn. I had the fluid flushed with 2qts of new. I have only duplicated once and then only noticed a slight tightening on turn. No obvious sounds. Thanks.

check belt and idler pully.

We prefer synthetic ATF, especially with a seal conditioner like the one made by BG.
