power steering tensioner bracket is missing?

After redoing the timing chain assembly on the car I noticed a somewhat large problem. The little bracket on the power steering pump that connects to the tensioner rack is missing. It looked as if the previous owner tried to fabricate his own out of sheet metal which didn't work obviously .

Just below the pulley itself there is a small bracket, thats the part of topic. I'm having an awfully difficult time tracking this piece down. Everything I happen to find which includes it tends to also include the entire power steering assembly and some $$. I'm going to try some junkyards come Monday but I figured I'd might as well make a post about it while I'm at the PC. If anyone has one lying around or knows of an easy way to snag this part it would be greatly appreciated, I'm loving the car but its upsetting to have to be so... restrained with her.
