Power steering

I've searched the forums and found nothing at all about what I am going to ask. Maybe I didn't search hard but I didn't. In my s13 I swapped my ca18 in it didn't have the power steering pulley or anything it prior the swap. Does anyone know what kind of pulley I can use. Does it matter what reservoir it is? What all do I need to get the power steering on my car? It sucks driving without it. Also what power steering pump can I use? Or do I need the stock one that came on my ca18det

I think you can use the one from 88-89 pulsar, and also from an old school 200sx with the ca 2.0 but noone is gonna reply because they will tell you to search. I searched when i first joined and didnt get much either.

The pump from a 88-89 Pulsar will actually be upside down, so it wont work (i ordered one when i got my CA swap w/o pump). Im not sure about the 200sx, however. The lines and resevoir can come from a DOHC S13, they bolt right up.

Tomorrow im gonna check, but it almost seems like a SOHC KA pump would work, provided you have the mounting and adjusting parts from the CA. The pumps themselves look similar.

Cool man i am taking one off at the junk yard, but i didnt bring enough too so im going back on monday.

Do you know if it is the same scenario for the ac compressor too?

yeah, I got a hicas pump, and I've been looking for a pump that'll work. so do all the work for me, so i can benifit
