I just changed my p/s hose due to it leaking now whenever i turn i hear a low whining sound. The fluid level is fine and the wheel has no trouble turning.

I think the shop manual says to turn the wheels to theleft and right to work out air in the line

I would be best if the car was on jackstands to do this
