Power steering

I have a 91 240sx and when I floor, sometimes the power steering cuts out for about two minutes. Any ideas

check the fluid level. If it's low, add some fluid into it, turn the wheel lock to lock while the motor is on to bleed out any air that may be caught in the system.

I had an automotive shop change and replace all my fluids about a 1000 miles ago. I was thinking maybe its my actual power steering pump that's bad.
