Alright sorry people might get mad with me asking this, im sure its been stated before but i realy have tried looking. Im getting a s13 swap into my s14 and someone said something about not being able to have powersteering or a/c. Is it true, and if so how would i make it work.

P/S is fine.

Your A/C will need lines cut and welded IF YOU ARE USING SR COMPRESSOR, and there is additional wiring in the S14's.

PS will work, no problem (unless you get a hicas pump). AC could work but it would take alot of time to figure how to setup the system.

So do most of the people with SR's. Im sure you can learn to live without it.

Yep no AC here...only if someone here was selling their sr ac lines from their front clips. I need ac lines badly...I live in the desert area and it is scorching HOT! Maybe some of you out of state guys wanna help out?

yeah same here.

IF I get a clip, do I need the power steering lines from the DOHC ka or can I use the ones from the clip. Same with A/C. We figured it would be too much trouble, so I was going to ditch a/c, but if Ic an keep it easily, I will

You have to cut and weld if you wanna use the JDM compressor. If you have an SOHC, you have no choice, if you have a DOHC, you can use the KA compressor.

A/C shouldn't have to require the JDM compressor unless you have SOHC(R-12) like was stated earlier. Almost all a/c systems work the same basic way. You just have to figure out your factory a/c system wiring, figure out what is being altered with it when you do the swap, and rewire as necessary. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think that all that must be done is retain all wires that go to any a/c components. The rest is figuring out which a/c wires must go to the ecu and "a/c on" button.

I have a 95' and plan on putting my s13 blacktop motor into it while keeping a/c.

Would the s13 sr ps bracket line up correctly with the s14 chassis? anyone have any pictures of the ps assembly?
