Exactly where is the power steering reservior? Can't find the link.

There is a cylindrical thing under the hood that has written on it something in Japanese.

It's a little swist cap with a level meter showing cold/hot.I think that's it. Right???

My '96 Q has been diag with a leaking rack/pinion. So need to keep it filled and some day the rack replaced.

What you need to download and read is the FSM.

What your describing sounds correct, its mounted on drivers side fender well in engine bay. There should be a filter i believe in resevior, then the cap that screws off has dipstick.

If the cap has a little 1" measurement stick attached to it and the fluid is red, you've found it.

Do you use transmission fluid in yours! Ive heard of people doing it,but never have myself. What differences do you achieve verses using powersteering fluid?

I believe the FSM calls for Dexron 3 or equivalent.
