Power steering removal on a 2000 I30.

I've got a gentlemen on AIM who's got some questions about replacing his power steering pump. He's installed an aftermarket crank pulley, and now he needs to get the P/S pump back in place. But the P/S pulley tensioner doesn't seem to be doing anything, and the P/S belt just doesn't seem to want to go back on.

I haven't been able to provide much help, unfortunately, and the FSM doesn't tell us much we don't already know. If anyone can help him out, post up here, or contact him via AIM--his AIM name is nikkiandbryon. He needs the car back on the road ASAP.

If it was the person having problems with the PS pump belt after replacing the crank pully, then I got it

Hopefully the rest of the upgrade has gone smoothly.
