Power steering/rack and pinion issue? 91 s13

So...I replaced my cross member. And I removed the rack and pinion, and also changed one of the tie rods, inner and outer. Everything is back on now....but when I steer the car, it does not go back to the center. If I turn right, the wheel stays in the right position. If I turn left, it stays at left position. The steering feels fine, not to stiff or soft, but it just does pull back to center. ya dig?Any one can hit me with some knowledge? I hope I didn't mess anything up.
