You have to make your own bracket in order for your pump off of the KA to work.visit http://www.srswap.com for more info.

if the lines don't seem to fit then i'm guessing you have a single cam S13 as your starting point... you can either get the PS lines from a DOHC S13 or you can make the bracket to use your stock PS pump.

Quote »Car: 1992 240sx
i noticed you have a '92, so you do have a DOHC motor.

according to SRSWAP:Quote »Since the KA engine was DOHC, the power steering bolts right on with no modifications. If using a SOHC chassis you will need to buy the high pressure 91-94 DOHC power steering line and reservoir to make the power steering work, or have your SOHC line cut and brazed to the rack end.
ok, i read those directions already, and here is my problem, the power steering pump will not fit on this block. although heavythrottle (srswap.com) says that no modifications are necessary, that is appearently not true. my engine is the doch engine. im not trying to rig something together, i want this swap to look nice. so here is my question: What modifications do i need to make to this power steering pump to make it fit on the sr block?thanks

I dont have power steering on mine.Your supposed to plug up the lines to be sure they dont get contaminated over time.Ive seen some cars with a homemade bracket and it doesnt look bad.As far as the effect on the rack and pinion I THINK ive heard about it affecting it but Im not sure.
