got my srdet but I noticed the ps pump does not line up with the other pullies and the belt was half way on the pumps pulley, has anyone else had this problem?... it looked like it had been run that way.

Sounds like the problem when you use an S13 pump on an S14/S15 SR and vice versa. If you still have the original pump then swap on that pulley.

here are some pics. you can see that the bracket on the pump does not line up with the adjusting bracket on the block, also in the pic where I'm holding a straight bar against the crank pulley you can see how far offset the pullies are. Thanks in advance for any help.

if I need to get more pics to help solve this maybe from other angles I can.

OK so its safe for me to assume that the pump I have now is a s14 pump on a s13 black top and they running it like that over in japan. in that case are the brackets the same or did they change them also? does anyone have a s13 black top ps pump with brackets they want to get rid of ?

Have you tried switching your KA plump bracket to the Sr pump? When I did my swap, I used the KA pump with the SR bracket and mine bolted right up...

I tried to use my KA pump on my SR, used the SR bracket but the problem turned out to be this bracket.I didn't realize it until after I sold my KA pump that all I would need to do to make it fit was get this bracket off an SR pump and swap it out. Mayhaps you can find someone who has a bad pump that is willing to part it out.The SR bracket bends in the opposite direction.
