I have a 1994 Q45t with HICAS. I have been told the pump is different so I can't use a regular one.

My main concern is whether or not I can replace the bearing alone since the pump is fine? Also if I can does anyone have a part #.

If not I am already in the search of a used power steering pump. I Am thinking that is my only way out w/o getting raped.

Is it the pump that's bad (or the bearing in the pump) or the idler pulley on that belt? Pretty rare to have a pump failure. A bad idler pulley can sound strikingly similar to a failing pump.

I agree...

You can always get a rebuild kit for the pump....

So how's the fluid look? Any maintenance history? Have you called Joe?

It is a 49110-63U00: $340.00

Check that idler first...

IT's not the idler. The pump I am assuming is fine. However the actual pulley attached to the pump is what is making the noise. From underneath is appears that the bearing that goeson the snout of the pump has chewed itself to shavings.

If there is a bearing failure, there is for certain seal failure form contamination. What makes you think that bearing is toast? What you can do is remove p/s belt and actually check p/s pulley play. there should be some(very minimal) end play, but the shoudn't be any side-to-side play.If there is some sideplay, R+R and overhaul of p/s pump is needed.Cheers!

That's exactly what I did side to side play It looks like I found a used PS pump so hopefully it will be in good condition. Is this common??

Only if fluid is not kept fresh by periodic mechanical extraction/replacement.
