Power Steering problem!

Please help, my power steering is having issues. When i start the car it is fine and works but about after a couple minutes of driving it progressively gets more and more harder to steer then my HICAS light comes on. I have no leaks and it looks like my fluid level is roughly about where its suppose to be sitting at. When im driving i have to put it in neutral shut it off and restart it and it will clear the hicas light and ill have power steering again for a lil bit. PS doesnt completely die i tried shutting of the car and driving and its a lil bit stiffer than how it is with the hicas light on. Is my ps pump dieing on me? im confused any help?

assuming your fluid and belt are both good, the steering speed sensor is know to be an issue, but you'll need a consult or similar to verify

Ive been doing some researching in the nico library and i found out that like you just said the speed sensor is a known issue. My speed sensor is actually loose so my speedo works sometimes and sometimes it doesnt depending on what bump i hit haha. I drove home tonight and my speedo was working pretty much most of the trip and i had no steering problems. I think you nailed it Evil.
