Power steering problem

Okay so it has come to my attention that I am losing power steering fluid, only its not a leaking line its something else. Turns out that when I turn my wheel I have a mass amount of fluid come from the power steering reservoir from under the cap.

I have tried to bleed the system, I thought it worked but I was mistaken. What would be the cause to this?

I used to boil my power steering fluid over quite a bit at autocross.

I am also going to be getting the 350Z power steering fluid resevoir, it is larger capacity and slightly better design.

I just need a simple solution with out having to order a part haha.
