Okay fellas, here's the lowdown on my problem.

I have no power steering.

Here's the interesting part.

The SR20DET PS Pump was used (its different from a '91 KA24DE pump physically) and the previous owner used some high pressure braided stainless steel lines to run the high/low lines (and its routed correctly) to the power steering rack.

The p/s pump does not leak, and neither does the rack. The rack has tons of play and is being replaced this coming weekend but I was wondering if anyone has a good way of checking if the pump is making pressure. I've seen some issues where for some reason the pump doesn't create any pressure and/or the rack is just letting the pressure blow through the system instead of creating the assist for steering. Either way I'm going to have this problem solved by next weekend. It did work at some time I'm sure but this car's been through many drift events and the stock suspension (except Megan-Racing Street Coilovers) / steering components are just BEAT to HELL.

Any ideas or suggestions would be awesome guys, thanks.

If the pump is doing the opposite, are you sure you have your hoses connected right?
