Power Steering Problem

My power steering pully has seem to have locked up. I did have a p.s leak and the other day my belt broke. I replaced it and the p.s. pully doesnt turn. Has this happened to any one? Will I have to replace the p.s. pump. The crank turns but the p.s. pully doesnt and it tears and melts.

have you noticed any noise before this happened? You might just have to replace the pulley.

hey infiniti tech here and 1st thing u should do is see if the pulley on the ps system moves. if it does not it means that the pump is frozen or seized. if it doesnt move u have to replaced the pump
