Would the fact that the Power Steering Pressure switch and the Speed sensor arent giving any signal to the ecu because I cut the speed sensor to go hi-speed, and the Power steering pressure sensor that was never hooked up, can be effecting how my idle acts? I RECIRCULATE for my BOV, but when I let off the gas and stop from any gear my idle drops then goes back to 850.

Would hooking these sensors back up to the ecu fix my erratic idle? Would it also stop the idle from dropping so radically when I use my fan motors for my heat in my car?

***I found the Pinout for the S13 E62 ecu and I know where the wire for the Power Steering Sensor is, but there is two wires on this plug on the high pressure line, which wire goes to where?***

Any help would be nice

i guess knowbody else can wire this **** up.

i would say use ecuwire to p/s switch and other wire to sensor ground

i have recirc, idle at 750, speed and p/s switch hooked up and still get a little idle drop.

i believe it is in dirty idle control valves that we get half of our probs.i do not know if it is ok to do this, but i took strait carb cleaner, not fuel inj cleaner, and sprayed it directly into the hole where the idler screw is with the motor off and the screw out. i tried my best to fill it up. then put it all back and cranked the motor for a little bit. then gave it a little thr. to get it to start, and blow all the old carbon out. the idler worked well for a while, then the performance went down. i some blowby getting through my turb and think that is why the idler gets dirty. now that i have my gtune catch can, i will reclean and test.

yep the black wire goes to ground and the brown goes to the ecu, Im pretty shure this sensor is used to bump the idle up when you turn the wheel when the car is not moving because the drag from the ps pump tends to pull the motors rpms down.
