Finally able to track it down, question is how to repair it. I can fill the reservoir with fluid until it's almost all the way full, drive about 5-6 miles and the HICAS light will kick on. If I fill the reservoir and let the car sit without turning it on, it doesn't leak, and if I let it idle, only a drop every few seconds. That being said I assume it's a power steering line that has a fair amount of pressure for it to leak only while driving. Following the line towards the top of the car, it snakes its way up into the engine compartment, and then vanishes :). I would rather not have to take the turbo plumbing out to replace the hose, so I was wondering if there is a way I can cut the fitting off and mend the hose instead? I was thinking AN fittings and a union....

I don't think that hose is repairable on the car and I believe you have to pull all the intake/boost (all 3) off the passenger side in order to get to the top bolt. The hose is connected to the PS pump at the top and is visible from the passenger side. I think it's a 22mm head on the banjo bolt. I replaced mine with a reman from Z1 for like $88. What I like about it is that part of the hose you have that is leaking is replaceable. If it leaks again, I will just take that hose to a local shop and have it rebuilt.

Yup, exactly. The hose snakes underneath the motor along the power steering rack and attaches to the side of the steering motor with a 22mm bolt. It's a bit of a b**** to do on a TT with the motor in but it definitely can be replaced and is a fairly common problem.
