Hey All,

Recently i have noticed that my steering wheel pulses when i take a sharp corner at high speed. Its hard to explain, but my guess is something in the power steering system. Anyone have any input as to what could be happening? Could something be slipping in there?

Is anyone familiar with this? Or do you need more detail..

cheers for inputMarko

Sounds like you may be low on fluid and/or have air in the system...have you checked the reservoir?

sounds like you have an air bubble on one or both sides of your rack. does the wheel not like to recenter its self?

I have plenty of fluid in there, but i do have a slight leak in the rack so air Could enter through there. I have to add a few capfuls of fluid every 2-3 weeks.

For normal driving and cornering at normal speeds there are no anomalies. I have boiled over my ps fluid on several occasions though (at the track). I know because after a 20 min session there was ps fluid all around the reservoir. I have never flushed it because it didn't appear dirty...

CheersMarko
